The lady answering the phone is very rude and treats customers as if you are being ridiculous for having questions. I wouldn't have been nearly so upset with the tank rental fee (fell about 50 gallons short), except that she was very demeaning in telling me that there was no way they could make a delivery within four days time before my anniversary.
Also, when they send a "warning" postcard about the tank rental fee, it is stated in vague terms. It says your anniversary is at the "end of _____________________" (insert month). If your anniversary, however, happens to be the 25th and you call on the 21st, you are just out of luck. They are not going to make a delivery to help you because they want to take you on tank rental fee.
Be smart and find a different company to give your money to.
